Send us your film!!!
Our doors are open to all ideas, from TV series and documentaries to short films and feature-length films.
We do not even need a script, just an outline of your idea. From there, we will provide feedback and help make your idea the best it can be. We do this with the support of our team of experienced producers.
Â
Below are the stages we go through to turn your idea into the next big hit!
Your Idea
It starts with YOU!
Simply send us your idea at moltencoremcp@gmail.com or call 0450 884 679.
Â
From there, one of our producers will review your idea and get back to you with feedback on how to strengthen it and make it fundable.
Â
Don't worry about copyright, your work is automatically protected by copyright as soon as it is created and written down.
Optioning
Once we believe your idea is the best it can be and you have taken our feedback into account, we will arrange a meeting between you and one of our producers to discuss the possibility of optioning your idea or script.
Â
This is a crucial first step in your project's journey.
Â
During this stage, we create industry-standard agreements that essentially state:
"MCP commits, for the next two years, to doing everything within the producers' power to secure funding. If we are unable to do so within that period, all rights revert back to you, allowing you to pursue opportunities with other studios."
Â
This ensures that both you and MCP are protected while we work together to bring your project to life.
Funding
The most crucial yet often overlooked part of a filmmaker's journey. It's what separates indie filmmakers from the professionals.

Here we will take care of all the boring parts of funding - pitch decks, agreements, contracts, statements, cold calls, emails, EPK and applications.

This is also the longest part of the filmmaking journey. It can take one, two, three, or even five years to secure the funding.

To build momentum and demonstrate the project's potential, we may choose to first create a short film adaptation, a concept trailer, or even produce a key scene from the project.
Production
Once we have everything we need, production begins.
Â
The most exciting and yet stressful part of the process.
Â
Directors and head of departments take over.
Distribution
Sometimes distribution companies will join a project right away, while other times they join after it finds success at film festivals.

No matter what, distribution is crucial to gaining any real money back from the project, especially for all the people that worked hard on your project.
MCP will always organize premiere events, complete with red carpets and screenings, to showcase the work for the first time.
Success
Filmmaking is not easy, and that's why MCP is here to help, support, and deliver your film to the big screen.

It can take years of pre-production, months upon months of production, and even longer to edit and then distribute.

So why wait? Send us everything you've got.
